Hello everyone I'm kind of having a problem with my account, PayPal is telling me: "To comply with regulatory requirements, we need to confirm your identity as the account owner" when I try to verify they are asking me for proof of identity as well as proof of address, I have already completed the proof of identity part, but I can't complete the proof of address part, I tried to upload a utility bill but it was not accepted because it's in my fathers' name, I don't know what other solutions do I have, and there is no way to reach PayPal support.
