PayPal hope to provide this service in Macedonia and as soon as this will be implemented, all customers in Macedonia will be immediately informed, however at the moment there is no time frame for that. Hi @Offhands  Sometimes transactions may be denied by the card issuer. Contact your card issuer to check if the card is active for online payments. Also PayPal internal security system may stop the transactions, however this does not meant that is something with your account. Hi @peachy67  Generally speaking, PayPal only can cancel few pending payment. If the payment sent and not accepted( unclaimed ) , pending withdrawals or pending authorization transactions which made over 30 days.  If there is authorization transaction pending less than 30 days, pending transactions from the bank(uncleared payments) or completed payment, PayPal can`t cancel the transaction. Hi @ZenKai100  The issue you facing with could be that, seller set up their payment preferences and do not accept the payments from the bank account you have. Also could be that they simply not delivering the goods to your country. If you select shipping address from a different country, you still may have the same issue, because PayPal account you using to make a payment is out of their list from payment preferences.  Kind Regards. ... Hi @Carriedelmon    If you receive any emails looks like from PayPal you can forward the email to spoof@paypal.com  PayPal will never ask to make a payment or send any gift cards. Hi @rosesareredvio  Firstly if you sending a payment  to person that you don`t know and you just buy something from them always use the option for goods or services. When you send commercial payment for goods or services some of the payments may be placed on hold for 21 days, which is standard procedure. If you will send the payment with the option for friends and family you are not protected and in case something will happen, PayPal will not be able to protect you. Kind Regards ... View more

Hi @shawnatk  If the transaction was canceled don`t worry. All refunds will always be sent to original funding source that was used at the time of the purchase. Remember that this may take 2-7 business days in order to be visible back on your card.  If the funds is not reflected on your card after 14 days passed contact PayPal customer service to trace this missing funds.
