How long does it take to process a new card put in. so i can buy stuff.

Im trying to buy stuff ebay but it wont let me use my card.

Sometimes transactions may be denied by the card issuer. Contact your card issuer to check if the card is active for online payments.

Also PayPal internal security system may stop the transactions, however this does not meant that is something with your account. Could be that account of the receiver for some reasons cannot accept the payments right now. Kind Regards
