Hi @handsomprincess! Welcome to the PayPal Community! For your security, always check every payment notification by logging in to your PayPal account and finding the matching transaction. If the transaction is not there, it may be for a number of reasons: • The sender may have sent the payment to an email address that you use, but you have not yet registered with PayPal. Here’s how to add another email address to your PayPal account: Log in to your PayPal account. Click the Settings icon next to "Log out". Click + beside "Email." Enter your new email address and click Add Email. After you add an email address to your PayPal account, we'll send you an email to confirm that you own the email address. Click the link in the email to confirm your email address. • You may not have confirmed your email address. Until this step has been taken, all payments sent to you will show as 'Unclaimed' in the sender's PayPal account. If a payment is unclaimed for 30 days, it will automatically be canceled and the funds will be returned to the sender. Here’s how to confirm your email address: Log in to your PayPal account. Click the Settings icon next to "Log out". Click Update beside the email you want to confirm. Click Confirm this email address. Click the link in the email to complete the confirmation process. Note: You need to confirm the email address in order to receive payments through it. An unclaimed payment is a payment that hasn’t been accepted yet or received by the recipient. • The sender may have entered an incorrect email address. If the email address they have entered is not an exact match for yours, the funds will not be posted to your account. If the funds have not appeared in your account, do not send the item. • Someone may have sent a fake payment notification to you in an attempt to defraud you for your goods or services. If you think the payment notification is suspicious, do not post the item. If you have already sent the item, please contact your postal company to stop the delivery. If this is not possible, you have the option to file a police report regarding possible fraud. In each case, never send a product until you have confirmed payment has been received by logging into your PayPal account and checking the transaction. If this post or any other was helpful, please enrich the community by giving kudos or accepting it as a solution.
