PayPal Community

Since August 2019 my businees account is limited )Case ID PP-008-599-262-919). I have provided all the documents and the page of limitation has green flags beside each type of document. Since more than 60 days a pop-up reportes that PayPal is checking the documents and will give me a feedback but no feedback is yet arrived. I cannot even close the account or transfer MY money. It is15 days I have uploaded all the documents requested, while my account was limited. Now all the sections are green: Personal Business, Owner Information. A message reports: "Thank you for providing the required information. We’ll get back to you within a few business days."Well they have never come back. Furthermore I sent about 10 (ten)  email messages but nobody replied (messages are not in SPAM folder). I am now thinking to find a legal way. I tried to file a complaint but could not find the topic "File complaint" as in the instruction. I am really disappointed, PaPal is using my money and they don't respect customers! What to do? S. ... Dearest, my account was limited (it means we cannot use it) we have provided  the identification documents requested since a long time. We can see now on the page a pop-up reporting: "We'll get back to you within a few days". The few days are now weeks, we have money on our account we are not allowed to transfer and Paypal is having financial  benefits from them and nobody answers our email and no phone call is possible.
