Just a note: This was mainly conducted through Discord. -Throughout the months, I have talked with and commissioned a custom (art) from them. I was supposed to receive a custom pokemon design, a pink and black theme with holographic effects. I explained and showed them refs, images, and described what I wanted in further detail. After then, which I sent the payment of $50.00 on Feb. 1, 2020. As days in February passed, they show previews, first being the sketch, to which I was ok with. The first design preview was off theme, nowhere near fitting anything I ask, so therefore a second attempt. But oh, this is when the real **bleep** happens. After the second attempt, it did look more likeable but then I took a much longer look at it, and noticed several things. First, they lazily copy and paste a holographic texture I shown them into "lines" they "drawn." Secondly, those "lines" were traced, they looked very similar to a custom base I commissioned from another artist [which I now informed them of it, and sent proof.] Not only this, but this seller tried to lowball me, when I was FIRST to offer half of a refund. First the offer was $10, which I declined. Then $20, but I declined again because again, they basically traced off another artists art without permission whatsoever, wasn't upfront with their TOS, should have link their profile first before hand, and I also wasn't having any of the seller's **bleep** attitude and stood my ground. As a note, her native language is NO EXCUSE since they seem to understand english just fine. I then filed a report, explaining my side of the story, sending screenshots, and any proof that was needed for them to look at. I'm starting to think they didn't look thoroughly, because then it was decided in the seller's favor. Which in terms of what I shown to them, didn't make any sense at all. As of now, I'm asking questions, and still disputing because I don't give up that easily. But do not ever commissioned this lying artist, if you want to later find out your art piece was traced and later possibly might get dragged into something else. They also go by ErzaBloodred. They have on several occasions scam and traced off other artists artwork, and doesn't give them no credit at all, claiming it's their own work.
