Hi there,
You could always cancel the subscription from your PayPal account, you don't need to cancel it with the Merchant if it is easier for you.
Here’s how:
Log in to your PayPal account.
Click "Profile" at the top of the page.
Click "My preapproved payments" in the Financial Information column.
Click the merchant name for the subscription plan you want to cancel.
Click “Cancel” at the top of the page.
