Hi there, My client is adding a subscription-based membership to his site. What we are trying to achieve is to allow the buyer to subscribe using either CC or PP. If we set up a recurring payment using PP, how do we suspend membership if a payment doesn't go through and how do we fire off an email to let them know they need to check their payment? He is currently using Ontraport. Not really looking for OP support here, but rather how to make PP integrate with any CRM in this fashion. Thanks
