Someone paid 74$ for my shoe and i had to refund him his money back. Paypal would only let me refund 70$ but not 4$ and everytime i try to refund 4$, it would say i have to add funds. And im not going to use my own money to refund someone back if i didnt recieve the money. Either way ive tried searching for a transfer funds and an add funds option but its not there. so I've sold my hoodie on grailed and sent him the tracking number from there. On the day after it got delivered to him, I've noticed that I forgot to put in the tracking number for Paypal as well. So I added it in and now it still says my payment is being held and that I'll get my money within 1 day of delivery even tho it delivered already. help? ... View more
