Hello guys. I posted the item on my E bay account and i chat a little with a buyer and later we chat via email and we make a deal about the price.He told me to request the money from him on the paypal and i get an email from paypal that he makes the payment.I send him the item one day after and paypal needed a proff of tracking number and everything.They answered me they have my funds which is processing to be on my balance as soon as processing unit verify tracking info.23 days after i see on my account just pending request,later i reply to an email that paypal sent me and ask them whats going on?Finally they answered me that my account is not a bussines user,and this amount is above my limit.So they say to me that i need to be in contact with the buyer and tell him to send an additional payment so my limit account can be expanded.I got the other email that the buyer make his payment and i need to refund him.This gentleman says i need to refund him via other money transfers,i sad wait whaaaat?!Yes i will after i see my money!!!!That was a little suspicios to me,but still i cant see anything on smy paypal balance and my paypal activities.What i can do now guys?Heeeeeelpppppp and thanks a lot for your answers ☺
