I made a payment for purchasing a game on ubisoft store. During payment my money got debited but order was failed as error was shown on ubisoft store website. I asked UbiSoft support they told me order attempt failed and incase if money charged for the item will be refunded. Does my money is refund by PayPal or UbiSoft.
