Hi @travismoji,   How and when your money is refunded depends on how you paid for the transaction. Refunds to cards usually take 5 business days but may take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved.   Hope this helps! Naya ... View more

Hi @Purtonk,   If your refund status is pending, it means the transaction was refunded before it cleared your bank, or the seller issued the refund using money from their bank which has not cleared yet. Hi @JeremyO,   Bank-funded refunds are not instant. The clearing process usually takes 10 working days to complete. That's why the transaction is still showing as pending on your PayPal account.   As you've initiated the refund on the 23rd of March, the money should clear by the 6th of April. Hi @Adam11111,   Yes. It looks like a scam. The buyer needs to make the payment first. Hi @Edermer,   If you are a U.S. PayPal account holder sending money in dollars to a friend or family member in the U.S, you won't be charged a fee if your transaction is funded by your PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus balance or your bank account.    For all other scenarios, please check the Fees page located at the bottom of any PayPal page.   Hope this helps! Hi @KilltedHaggis,   I can confirm that the emails you've received are fraudulent.
