my account was hit with 9 fraud charges in 20 mins today and wiped out my account. Because of corona virus i cant get in touch with a SOUL. ive left messages detailing the incident and the transaction detail listing the fraud charges but not one agent has responded... even tried to call in and listed all the bad chargess into the phones automated system but still no response. it has been over 8 hours since i sent the messages. it even went thru and charged what i had on my chime card into a -40 dollar balance. this is all the money my family had during this pandemic. we need gas food and other resources. where can i look for help??!!!
