I was checking my online banking and saw that PayPal had taken money out of my account for direct debit and they set it to be taken out once every two months which I never agreed to. I've messaged PayPal but not received a reply from them. Has anyone experienced anything like this and if so, what did you do? I am able to cancel the direct debit and report it to my bank for a direct debit indemnity but unless PayPal cancels the direct debit on their side they're still able to reinstate the direct debit that was cancelled with the bank or claim further payments. Any help on how to get PayPal's attention on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
