Refunding to my debit card

Hello everyone.    I recently made a payment for something and once the payment went through, it said error. It took the money from my bank account but I got a refund. I tried to purchase an item with my debit card, which is linked to my paypal. It says that the refund is completed but the money didn't get sent back to my bank account. I'm completely confused and it's really bugging me and making me question things right now.    I got told that even if it says completed, it takes about 1-3 business days for it to transfer to my bank account but I'm not too sure about that. I would like to know the actual reason why it says that it is completed but not transferred into my bank account. How long will I be waiting? Did I just get scammed?    If anyone knows what the reason for this is, please let me know. ... View more
