So I discovered that the criminal enterprise in China that defrauded me actually has dozen's of websites using the same scam, and likely from the same thieves. It's basically a bait and switch. They have you buy a seemingly quality and high value item, "discounted by 50%!" Then they send you a different, cheap, totally different product. When you try to return it, they offer to have you jump some hoops in order to get a partial refund, or send the product back to China at a big shipping price. (Never offering to send the actual product, because that's not what their scam involves, they never intended to sell you the actual product). So I'm trying to bring this to the attention of the PayPal higher ups, but the only thing I get is referred back the resolutions page, or when I try to call someone I get a low level customer service rep who is clueless.
