Hi I have an open case, for an item not received, I have received an email from paypal stating the update from the seller" has advised that the item has been sent", and a tracking number for Royal Mail I have tried to track it on royal mail and it doesn't come up (I received the email yesterday). How can I advise paypal that I still have not received the item? Currently the case is being reviewed by paypal ( I received a second email yesterday from paypal advising they are reviewing the information provided by the seller and will let me know if they require further information, and update me with their final decision) thanks in advance Elaine
