I have problem with receiving refund. Paypal send refund to my bank account which was closed 5 days before they made refund. Of course no payment can be made to not existing account, i double check witch my bank and they confirmed that. I contacted paypal customer service. They claim refund is coplete and they cant help me with anything, they ask to check with bank. I keep calling paypal and my bank and both claim the cant help, I think paypal mast have noticed payment is not succesful, how could they transfer money to my bank account which is closed at 5 days prior to attempt to do the payment. Iask paypal if I can provide the latest statement from my bank showing the date account was closed, they say it is not a proof, any suggestions please? Thanks
