Same here mine is on hold for almost a month, I already submitted necessary docs to update my account, initially they notified me that it will only take 2-5 days, and then 10 days, its almost a month now and still no progress.

I transferred a sum of money in a bank account, usually it only takes 3 days including weekend to appear on my account, transferred it last Feb. 28th and still not in my account its March 3 already. Is there way I can double check the account number where I transfer the money? Usually we can only see the last 4 last digit of the account number
