Hi I just created the paypal business accaunt for my ecommerce business website payments. Is there have problem with that I am citizen of Turkmenistan, who lives in China with Hong Kong company. How can I correctly setting up in this situation. If I set from HongKong paypal there asking me for HongKong phone number and HongKong ID number. I am only having there company, no ID no phone. I most time stay in China. From My country Turkmenistan paypal there cant create business accaunt (I also have not any registred business there). So, anyway, how can i correctly registred now?
