I ordered a product online e where the payment went through PayPal. When the shipment arrived after nearly thirty days it was not even close to what I ordered. The product I ordered was described with photos and written descriptions. Then the product arrived and it was completely different. I have made numerous attempts to get a resolution through the shipper and pay pal. The resolution PayPal offered was to return the shipment to China at my expense. This raise two giant issues. One why should I have to pay for return shipment. As the shipper is %100 at fault. Secondly I do not read or write Chinese so addressing the package would be impossible. Any ideas?
