I had the same problem with Grace Grant Inc and Paypal denied my claim. I ordered an outdoor convex safety mirror (weighs 35 lbs) from Grace Grant Inc. on Feb. 1. No tracking info was given. 2 days later I inquired to <removed> but did not get a response. I emailed Paypal the next day and received only an update that my item had shipped - but no tracking. A month and 9 days later, Paypal gave me the tracking info - turns out the package had been delivered Feb. 24. I remembered getting a weird package with a sheet of star stickers - the kind kids get when they do a good job on homework. I got weirded out so took a photo of the 5” x 10” padded manila envelope along with the stickers. I matched up the tracking numbers (they used the USPS) and they were the same. Grace Grant Inc. knowingly ships you some random item you didn’t order and provides a tracking number to PayPal so they can claim the item was delivered. I just called my credit card company to dispute the payment to PayPal since PayPal denied my claim. Mail fraud is punishable by a fine and imprisonment of up to 20 years. This could also be a class action lawsuit against PayPal who has a fiduciary duty to protect its customers. I don’t think my claim was adequately reviewed so I will try to go to the higher ups at PayPal so Grace Grant Inc can’t dupe others. Stay healthy and safe everyone!

Howdy61 here.. I didn't order the Swiss Army knife. I never shared what I bought. If your claim was denied through PayPal AND you paid with your credit card, put a claim in to the credit card company. It took me 2 attempts to resolve my issue through PayPal. First I opened a dispute with PayPal, they contacted the seller who provided PayPal with delivery confirmation and the case was closed. Of course, all I received was an envelope with stickers in it but the tracking number they provided to PayPal was also on there. I had to call PayPal to reopen the dispute, you can't do it on-line, and send them a pic of the envelope and tracking number. PayPal ruled in my favor the next day and I received a credit card refund 3-4 days later. Hope this helps.
