It has been over 180 days since the last time I received a payment on PayPal. I have yet to receive the email giving me instructions to withdraw my balance. I have emailed but have only received automated replies and when I called them they said their customer service team is limited and can’t answer my call. What can I do to ask them when I can withdraw my money?
