Hello, When I tried sending a friend 3€ today, it was written that this friend of mine would receive 3€ (see screenshot), but when the money went through, suddenly he only got 2.48€, and Paypal had taken without permission (stolen) the rest. I would like to know how come there hasn't been class action against Paypal, because a very similar thing had happened to me about a year ago, and they refunded the money, and since then I have been trying to avoid Paypal as much as I can, but since they are a monopoly, today I tried again and discovered that they haven't changed their fraudulent ways. Is there someone from Paypal here who can give my friend my money as promised? Thank you
