I just solved the above problems with different browsers. If you are using Ad Block Plus or any other adblocker app, whitelist "www.paypal.com". Now I can link to the Synchrony Bank Page

Synchrony Bank page not loading using Microsoft Edge Dev, Edge or Google Chrome browsers. It only works when I use the Microsoft Edge Canary and Internet Explorer. OP is Microsoft Windows 10.
