Hiya, I need an email address I can contact paypal with please. I need to talk to them about my negative balance however I cannot find any details other than a phone number. I am not able to speak on the phone. I need an email address to communicate with these guys and simply this site is absoloutly diabolical when trying to find this information. Please someone help me!
