Good evening I coriour an item last week to the buyer and I received an email said I got a payment from my buyer. To cut it short the buyer already got the item but I didn't receive any money from PayPal it said I should sent 1500 cash using pep and send pin also to activate my account in order to get my payment. So I want to know is it like that really???
