It has been 76 days since a guy charged back $400 (Unauthorized Transaction - Nov 24th, 2019) and the case is still open, with no recent activity and no decision. I was told by PayPal that the maximum time a claim will take is up to 75 days. I'm not starting to grow a little annoyed as it's been over 2 months and I am still short on $400, while PayPal holds it as they process the claim, which I'm starting to believe isn't being 'processed' at all. What's going on here? I provided evidence and stuff, the seller was blatantly trying to pull a scam over on me (charged back the day before his sub after 3 months was due to expire). Well, hopefully this wasn't a large waste of my midnight oil. Thanks PayPal community!
