SOmetimes where there is no option to choose paypal credit/balance I click on a debit card that has nothing on it hoping it redirects the payment towards the balance and every time I try to do so i get this error, Sorry, we weren’t able to set up preapproved payments at this time. Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.
