@ancapistan You need to get access to your account first. Then go into the phone number settings and change the label of the phone number from "mobile" to "home" and uncheck the texting options so basically you won't have the sms options. You'll just be logging in with your email and password. You can change your password to something stronger but memorable and don't save it on your device. For customer assistance with getting access to your account, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US and select the PAYPAL GUEST option since you are locked out of that account. Do not be logged on to any account when accessing the guest option as PayPal won’t discuss an account through another account.
