Hello, I lost access to my other paypal account when I moved to South Korea on military orders. This was due to not being able to verify the security code to the US number that was set up in my account, which is not active any longer. I spoke to a representative a few weeks back and he told me that I'd need to make a new account, but that doesn't help the fact that I cannot pay my outstanding PayPal credit balance. I was able to make one payment over the phone on an international call but it would be easier over the app. Could anyone chime in with their experiences on trying to either change their verification number or get rid of the feature all together while being locked out?
