Hi, I previously had a complaint about an unauthorised transaction in the resolution centre but they closed it and said it was not unauthorised. Basically at checkout on a website they took my payment when it said confirm at checkout. They would not answer emails etc and sent order anyway. When it arrived it had a 60 day return policy but still would not answer emails or calls, item is not as requested and only one instead of two on the order was sent. I have tried but cannot make another complaint with the same transaction. I sent an email to paypal but got one saying go to resolution centre etc. Any advice please?
