Oh no! Based on what you've described, is it possible you have a hold on the payment or a limitation on the account? In either case, you'll need to resolve the issue in order to be able to withdraw the funds. For a hold, you can wait the time frame or provide valid tracking to have the funds released. For a limitation, click the bell icon at the top right to go to the Resolution Center where you can view what we've requested in order to resolve your restriction. I hope the issue is resolved soon!
