Has anyone else experienced PayPal’s “customer service?” Inexplicably I had an eBay transaction put into pending status. No one at PayPal can tell me why. Their customer service has hung up on me three times. I have also been put into a phone hold black hole twice - the last time for over 30 min. For the life of me I don’t know why they even have a customer service group, as when you try to cut through their answering of unasked questions they hang up on you or put u on hold forever.
