I've requested a refund via the resolution center. The merchant responded via private email advising me to return the merchandise to their address in China. Paypal communicated with me via the resolution center advising me that if I did not agree with the merchant's offer to send the merchandise to Paypal's address in China for a full refund. I'm inclined to return the merchandise to PayPal because I trust that I would get a full refund. I don't trust the merchant because they communicated via private email; there is no record in PayPal to track these communications. What should I do?
