I tried several times to order items from eBay but each time it said unsuccessful but since then my bank have informed me that PayPal have take the amount out my bank for these items. It’s not showing up on my online PayPal account summary, and the buyers on eBay have no confirmation of me ordering anything. However my bank have proof that eBay have taken the payments and since speaking to several people at PayPal they are telling me that they have no taken the payment as payment was denied but this is untrue. Can anyone help and guide me in what to do?
