I agree 100% and had the same thing happen to me. I will no longer be using Paypal and I have gotten 4 friends to stop as well. I have posted everywhere and anywhere informing paypal users. I ended up doing a charge back with my bank since paypal wasn’t much help with shipping fees. This company is a POS. I created a FB page about it so people will not give them anymore money. YES...their website states they are in Florida and that items are shipped from California, but that is incorrect.  They are in CHINA and if you look up "petalprim reviews" as this is the same company, ALL of their reviews are bad. ... View more

I purchased in December and even though their websites says they have 8 day shipping, I received my item 4 weeks later.  Also, my items were not as described and they refuse to pay for return shipping even though their website states they are responsible for return shipping in the event that your item is wrong.  Then when I did a dispute through paypal, the POS said, "we offer $3 refund and you keep item".  That is like a slap in the face.  So, now I am having to ship everything back and be out money.  I thought using paypal would help me in the event the company was fraudulent, but not so.  DO NOT PURCHASE FROM PETALPRIM AKA LT FASHION LTD.  THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT AND THEY WILL **bleep** YOU OVER. ...
