I am having the same problem. I purchased an item in Marketplace on 4/25/23. I was also charged a fee of $2.88. I learned paypal doesn’t stand behind purchases through friends & family. It shows being paid on my end but the lady hasn’t received payment so naturally I haven’t received the item. This has been 16 days. We both have sent many emails with no results. Any advice would be appreciated.

Beware of this company!! They use different names and contacts such as Azcozy.com, Kilalagril.zendesk.com, Printabel Company & kayleeandtepid.com. These rugs they advertise are merely foam with a picture. I ordered 11/9/19, received 11/28/19, returned to China address given me on 12/2/19 and still no refund by 2/16/20. I spent $99.85 for 2 rugs and $47.00 to return. I am very disappointed in Paypal for allowing loyal customers to be scammed!!!!

I ordered 2 rugs on 11/9/19. I received them on 11/28/19. They didn’t even look like rugs! Completely unusable. I returned to the following address that I was given in 12/2/19 with still no refund by 2/1/20. PayPal would not back me up. No.98 WangDongNanRoadm Si Jing Town 202100 Shanghai, China Recipient ZhengSulan 1580817865. Purchase Price $99.85 plus personal return expense of $47.00.
