Hello. I applied for a name change. When I opened my account in 2007 I used a nickname for my first name. Now I would like to change it to my legal name. I submitted everything they asked for, and of course it required me to tell them what the situation is. But now they've responded to me, saying I have to include documentation of a name change (or marriage or divorce if applicable). But I can't submit this. My name hadn't changed. It's always been the same name, I just used a nickname when I signed up. Please help!
