@Blackrabbitpdx If you opened a legal, financial account with a nickname then you can't change it. They ask for legal documents to prove that the name on the paypal account is your legal name OR you have provided a document to prove you have legally changed it. You can only change a name for a minor typo OR for legal reasons.
