Hi there, whether you have a website or not, you can still accept recurring payments for your goods and services.  For further instructions on how to use and customise PayPal Subscriptions, please follow these steps, or have your site developer take a look at them: • Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account. • Click the "Merchant Services" tab. • Click "Website Payments Standard" in the left column. • Click "Website Payments Standard Integration Guide (PDF)" in the lower left column. By the way, did you know that PayPal offers a lower fee rate for charities receiving donations with us of 1.4% + 20p. If you run a non-profit organisation you can apply for this rate. To apply you need to have a Business PayPal account and have identified your business category to be ‘Non-profit’ in the Business Information section found on the Profile page. You will then be contacted and asked to provide some documents to assist us with our review. Withdrawing funds to your bank couldn’t be easier on PayPal. To withdraw funds to a UK bank account: 1. Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.co.uk 2. Click 'Withdraw' at the top of the page. 3. Click ‘Withdraw GBP faster to your bank account’ or ‘Withdraw funds to your bank account'.           • The faster withdrawal option offers a quicker service (complete in 1-2 working days) includes a fee of £5.00 per withdrawal           • Regular withdrawals (complete in 2-3 working days) to banks in either the UK or US are free of charge 4. Enter the amount to withdraw and choose the correct bank account, then click 'Continue'. 5. Review the details before completing.           • For ‘Faster Withdrawals’ enter the ‘Wire sort code’ in the required field 6. Click 'Submit'. Faster withdrawal of funds can only be used to withdraw funds to a UK Bank account. Please make sure your bank account information is correct before attempting to withdraw funds from your PayPal account. For example, if your name is James Patrick Smith, but your bank account is in the name of 'J P Smith,' you would need to enter 'J P' as your first name when adding the bank account. The best way to confirm the status of your payment is to log into your PayPal account (from the PayPal site) and check your history log. Even if PayPal have held your payment, you will still see it there along with its status.  I would not recommend that you send any item until you can see the status of the payment is “completed” in your PayPal history log. ... Hi Ivan, if you have opened a case and been refunded, you then need to review your PayPal History to see where the refund went.  If you used a credit or debit card to fund the payment, the refund will go straight back to the card. Please do note that with credit cards, you may not see the refund until you get your next statement, this is due to card companies policies and timeframes. Debit card refunds can usually be seen in a couple of days.  If the payment was made using your banks direct debit or your PayPal balance, the refund would go to your PayPal balance. HI there, that sounds like payment reserves have been held on your account (20% of income held for 3 months). We appreciate that this seems excessive and harsh. But allow me to give you PayPal’s side to this. PayPal need to make sure that we can protect all our customers, buyers and sellers. The reasoning behind payment reserves is that it acts as an insurance against the potential risk of an account or seller failing and having no funds available should there be claims or reversals on the account. Every seller, on or off of eBay, needs to have such a system in place.   You should also be aware that if you continue to sell over the 30 days, with positive feedbacks given and no claims against your account.
