@Durlax88    You would pay currency conversion fees / cross border fees. You may pay a higher fee if you fund that payment via a credit card. You won't pay in GBP not sure why the other poster said the fee for that. Also the amount you pay is dependent on the currency conversion rates at the time you pay. ... View more

@eniemi    It won't be possible to file a dispute for INR if they have already opened one and had it closed for an unauthorised purchase. You are only allowed x1 dispute per transaction and can't 'change' a dispute from unauthorised TO INR.   @petexschiessl    You are probably out of luck so you could 'try' contacting customer services as they have been known occasionally to open a dispute for INR if you explain that you opened the wrong one by mistake. However if you opened unauthorised because it was the only option then did you pay using the friends / family option rather than goods / services? If so then you would have no buyer protection. @eniemi    The mods answer some 'unanswered' questions to 'mop up'. However this is a mainly community forum and as such its best posters realise that and not expect a mod to answer. As I have been here over 12 years I am well aware of the mods that post here !! What kind of questions have you not get answered? Did you ask them to find the answer, and perhaps try mailing them? I think indeed contacting them via Twitter or Facebook, more experienced people work at those platforms. On customer service, it probably different on different locations. Some have a few weeks training and then they get on the line which they learn as they work. So perhaps you got new hires on the phone if you has not got answer. Though they should be able to find out by just asking for help or escalate it and come back to you via mail. Depending also what kind of questions as well.    ... View more
