However, we cannot transfer the money from PayPal to Venmo or vice Versa directly or between these. You can link a common bank to withdraw and add money in other application in order to move money. This is an ongoing issue that they have. They've found that if the buyer contacts them with a specific order request + shipping, they can invoice to the buyer's paypal address, or, the buyer can login as a guest to Paypal and use a card not associated with PayPal. That's having to jump through too many hoops. For now, I'll send them my order and have them send me a money request. This isn't good for their etsy business. However, in simple words, you would not be charged for personal/friends and family payments unless they pay you internationally/different currency/from their cards.
