Can't send or get money via PayPal.

Hi, two days already I can't get or send money via PayPal. I get only an error and senders get the same.

Does anybody knows what the problem could it be?

Thanks for contacting us and welcome to our community. It looks like that your account is restricted/limited from the above screenshot. I am sorry about it. In this type of situation, we need your PayPal account Resolution Center to fix it or contact us via call/email or social media like Facebook/Twitter.
