Can't update my dispute

I need to update info on a dispute by 03.00 tomorrow (27th June GMT +1) but waxch time I hit submit it logs me out.

When I log back in it hasn't updated and I'm running out of time and no Paypal assistants available. 

 

Help? Can I send the info somewhere?
