After calling and emailing several times, I finally resorted to filing a complaint with the BBB, which does get their attention, believe it or not. I also did an email carpet bomb with executive email addresses and someone finally reached out to me and assisted. My wife's personal account was immediately restored. My primary business account (which is 20 years old and squeaky clean) was eventually restored and is fully operational again. So, if you're in the right, and persistent in these things, you can get them resolved. Don't give up!
