Hi samsam0011,   Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community!    If you see on the History of the account that the transaction is cancelled it means that the payment was not completed. If you check the Transaction Details page, it should show you more information regarding the reason why the payment might have been cancelled. Hi paul54,   welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting this.   Pay After Delivery (PAD) is a method of payment that we're offering to customers, where you don’t pay for your purchase until after you’ve received it. When it’s available you’ll see the option on the 'Review Your Information' page during checkout. There’s no charge for making a PAD payment and you’re covered by our Buyer Protection, even after we’ve debited the money. Hi Fuka,   Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting this.   If you didn't receive the 4 digits code, I would recommend that you remove and re-add you bank account again. After doing that you can start the verification process again. You will find that option in the 'Wallet' section. Hi Antoo,   Welcome to the community forum and thank you for your post.   When you choose to make a payment with PayPal Credit, you will need to have the full amount available on your credit for the payment to be completed. To view the running balance follow these steps: Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log into your account. Click 'History' near the top of the page. Click 'All activity (with balance)'.
