PayPal's buyer protection only extends for 180 days meaning that you wouldn't be able to open a claim against it. Other options would be speaking to bank/card issuer or citizenbs advice/trading standards.

Helpful answer here. If there has been unauthorised transactions on your account you can either "report a problem with this transaction" on the account, or contact Customer services and speak to their fraud team to see if they can get the payments reversed.

If you have money in your account you need to add a Bank account on to with draw it. Log into your account click wallet click add bank account enter the required details.

Any pending transaction can take about 7 working days. Hold out a few more days and see if you can then, if not all customer service on 08003587911 and ask for their help removing the offending item.

You wouldn't be able to add a swiss account onto your UK paypal, I would reccomend closing your old UK account and opening a swiss one or creating a new swiss account under a different email address.

Best thing to do in this situation is check what funding source you used to make this payment, if it was direct debit speak to your bank and file an indemnity claim, if it was your card speak to your card issuer and open a chargeback.

I would file with your bank first as they would take it seriously anyway, filing with action fraud is always a good idea as it backs up your case.
