Dear vincentmly,   Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum.    I understand you would like to downgrade your PayPal account. We can help with an account downgrade after reviewing the following:  1. Your account is not linked to any legal entity or registered business/company.  2. You do not have any account limitations or requests for information. You can check if you have any limitations on your PayPal Resolution Center. Once you visit your Resolution Centre, click on 'Go To Account Limitations'. Hi Oum23,   Thank you for your patience on our Community Forum.   I'm really sorry to hear about your situation. If your refund status is Refunded, it means that the refund is complete. The money should be back in your PayPal balance, in your bank account or on your card. How your PayPal payment was funded determines how your refund is returned. If your payment came from your card, it will be refunded to that card. Depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 30 days to complete a refund. Hello Be007,   Thank you for your patience on the Community Forum.   Some prepaid or virtual cards may not be suitable for use with PayPal. If you want to use such a card, you should make sure that it's reusable. This means that you can add money to the same card multiple times and the card number doesn't change. Otherwise, please try to add a different card. The name on your card must be matching with the name on your PayPal account. You can use any Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card.   I hope this helps.   Rebeka ... View more
