Confirm bank account with 2 small deposits: maxlength="2", example: 0.30

I'm supposed to enter the 2 small deposit amounts I've received from PayPal.

The input field has maxlength="2", while the instruction says: "example: 0.30".

so surprisingly I'm not able to enter the whole amount,

only "0."

I started to doubt that anyone else uses this service besides me.

How is anyone able to get through these stupid forms?

Such a terrible user experience.

Don't you just put in 30?
